Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Jstreems. Please read them before you use the Platform — using it means you accept them.
Before you start
By accessing or using Jstreems you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Jstreems (“the Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”) you (“user” or “you”) agree to be bound by these terms of service, and by all applicable law and regulation. You are responsible for complying with the law where you are.
These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Jstreems. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Platform. The material on the Platform is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Age requirement: you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 17 you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Definitions
- Platform
- The Jstreems website and all related services.
- User
- Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including buyers and sellers.
- Buyer
- A user who purchases goods or services through the Platform.
- Seller
- A user who lists and sells goods or services through the Platform.
- Content
- All text, images, video, product listings, reviews and other material on the Platform.
- Transaction
- Any purchase, sale or exchange conducted through the Platform.
- Services
- All features, tools and functionality provided by Jstreems.
Account registration
Some parts of the Platform need an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when you register
- Keep your account information up to date
- Keep your password and account secure and confidential
- Tell us immediately if your account is used without your permission
- Accept responsibility for everything done under your account
- Not create multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes
Warning: we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or shows signs of fraudulent activity, without notice.
Buyer terms
As a buyer, you agree to:
Payment
Pay in full for what you buy, including any taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout.
Accurate details
Give correct delivery and billing information.
Good faith
Act in good faith in your transactions and your messages to sellers.
Seller policies
Respect the seller policies and return windows shown on a listing.
Jstreems is a marketplace: the contract of sale is between you and the seller. Read a listing carefully, and ask the seller anything you need to know before you buy.
Seller terms
As a seller, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and honest product descriptions and images
- Despatch items within the processing time you state
- Honour the return policy stated in your listings
- Comply with all applicable law, including consumer protection and tax rules
- Keep stock accurate, or mark items clearly as out of stock
- Respond to buyer enquiries promptly
- Not list items prohibited by our policies
- Accept platform fees as set out in the Seller Agreement
Prohibited activities
Whatever your role on the Platform, the following are not allowed:
- Selling illegal, counterfeit or otherwise prohibited items
- Fraud, scams or deceptive practices
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other users
- Attempting to avoid platform fees
- Using bots or automated systems without permission
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Taking transactions off the Platform
- Distributing malware or harmful code
Breaching these prohibitions may lead to immediate suspension, withholding of funds, and legal action.
Fees and payments
As a buyer, you pay the price shown on the listing plus any delivery charge. Checkout shows the full total, in your currency, before you are asked to pay anything.
As a seller, you pay the fees set out in the Seller Agreement. Rates are published in the seller portal rather than repeated here, so that what you read is always the current schedule.
We will give notice before fees change.

The Platform and its original content, features and functionality belong to Jstreems and are protected by copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property law.
You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant Jstreems a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display it in connection with operating and marketing the Platform.
Privacy and data
We collect and use personal information in order to run the Platform — to take an order, deliver it, take payment, answer your messages and keep your account secure.
By using the Platform you consent to that use, including processing by the service providers we rely on to operate it, such as our payment and delivery partners.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSTREEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Jstreems in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jstreems, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.
Dispute resolution
Most problems are settled fastest between the buyer and the seller. If that does not work:
- Contact our support team, who will try to mediate.
- If mediation does not resolve it, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
- Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account and your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, for any reason — including a breach of these terms.
On termination your right to use the Platform ends immediately. If you want to close your account yourself, stop using the Platform or ask support to delete it.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Where a change is material we will give notice, by email or prominently on the Platform, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Platform.
